The project - to create a finished state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area in the Optomen TV studios in just four weeks under the watchful eye of a perfectionist - is not an easy thing to tackle.

The project was delivered with no f-words from Mr Ramsay, and the project team was even invited to dinner at the restaurant and subsequently featured in a broadcast episode of the TV series.
