You’d be forgiven for feeling you were somewhere other than central London when dining in the new ‘shoreline’ themed One-O-One restaurant in the London Sheraton Park Tower Hotel.

There’s carpet that conjures the image of sand, sweeping curves, an illuminated, elipital bar that creates the impression of rippling waves and a private dining area hidden behind a shimmer screen.

Oval ceiling rafts were installed to imitate waves throughout the restaurant and central bar, and there’s even the chef’s signature dish of crabs…
