This project for the University of Bath on its Claverton Down campus took place at the Claverton Rooms which house a large dining, leisure and bar area. The senior common room was refurbished and alterations and adaptations carried out to create a new hot food servery area and separate dining facilities. Works included joinery, decorations, floor finishes, catering equipment and associated services.
On-site works lasted only two weeks and were carried out in phases, allowing the bar and restaurant to remain operational throughout the summer recess while the Rooms were being used by Open University students.
