Select Case Study
La Dolce Vita restaurant was created on four levels within the shell of a new building. The upper levels were designated for formal and private dining, whilst a tapas bar and kitchen preparation areas were installed into the first and ground floors.
The restaurant was fitted out with banquette seating and a specialist lighting system.
Works included installation of a new mezzanine floor and lift, and mechanical and electrical services, and took place whilst residential apartments were occupied on the upper levels of the building.
