Vivid carried out refurbishment work to the Southwood, John Smith and William Penney halls of residence on Imperial College London’s Silwood Park campus in Ascot, Berkshire. Bedrooms were remodelled to form self-contained suites with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. Baths were replaced with shower pods and kitchens re-designed to accommodate more storage and equipment. Other works included window replacements, plumbing and electrical services, new lighting, carpeting and decoration. New fire doors were fitted to the kitchens and fire detection with visual displays installed in the bathrooms.
