Vivid Interiors conducted the complete interior refurbishment of this 4 star hotel, creating a new fine dining restaurant, champagne bar, kitchen and gym. All 75 bedrooms were refurbished including a penthouse style “Fabulous” room. In addition an adjacent redundant building was fitted out to form the Old Brewery Tavern. A glazed roof was installed and the 300-year old existing timber frame was stabilised with new steelwork and then clad with oak to appearauthentic.
