Project description

HSBC’s branch in St John’s Wood, north London, is situated in a high density residential area and a key consideration for this project was minimising the noise and disruption to neighbours and tenants. This objective was achieved despite the requirement for the branch to remain open throughout the refurbishment and a large proportion of the work taking place outside of normal working hours.

The two storey branch required a full strip out and re-fit including staff and office areas, counters and till points as well as a complete mechanical and electrical installation.
