Prince Edward Theatre
Work done
In 2004 prior to the opening of Mary Poppins, the Prince Edward Theatre was closed for a complete refurbishment including the main entrance, auditorium and bar area.
A new bar was created with a private room and roof terrace so that audiences could walk out on the balcony outside the dress circle.
A new box office and VIP area were formed and the restroom facilities increased and modernised.
In the auditorium, new seating, flooring, specialist lighting and finishes were installed.
