City University - Drysdale Building

Project description

Vivid carried out this project for City University as part of a four year framework. The objective was to refurbish the 1970’s Drysdale Building on the University’s Northampton Square campus. The project was split into two phases, starting with a significant demolition stage and followed by the fit out of the first and second floors.

The fit out provided new offices and working space, a student career consultation area, a student health services centre, lecture rooms and general breakout areas with WiFi facilities. The works included the installation of upgraded M&E services throughout.
