Marriott Hotel - Meeting Rooms

Project description

The basement at the Marriott was stripped out and fitted with four meeting rooms, a breakout area, new office space, storage rooms and a commercial kitchen.

The existing redundant lift shaft at the basement and ground floor levels was converted into extra office and storage space.  A new external steel staircase and walkway were installed to provide an emergency escape route from the new meeting rooms.
